Bigbang is made for everyone on this planet with love for Streetdance and
Hiphop: Everything is organized by the Noaid-crew: one of Belgian's most talented
streetdance-crews (www.noaid.be). BIGBANG was the new life of the streetdance in Europe, everything organized like it should be. Bigbang organizes different events, but our BIGGEST is the Bigbang's "BIG-MAMA" (next one 17th-20th of May 2012)
A 5-days event with 2 days International Workshops FREE for all competitors to join!
No organization ever did this before. The mind behind all this is no-one less than St'F himself
With Bigbang he wants to create the perfect combination and make this accessible for everybody.
The concept of Bigbang is this:
When a team/crew/club joins the competition, it allows them to give a workshop as well as being part of the judging panel! Every dancer and coach has his/her own point of view about streetdance, because nobody knows everything about this form of dance. We all move in
different ways and have different backgrounds: Every district and country has its own culture, way of dancing and living. That's why all dancers and coaches:
- should learn from each other (through the given workshops)
- should compete against each other (through the organized competitions)
- should judge each other (by being a part of the judging panel)
And make it stronger all together!!!

Bigbang wants to make this culture & sport one.
We all know different dance organizations and federations such as:
IDO, UDO, ANAC, FISAF, Dansliga, BULDO, DFO, Danspunt, Jeugd & Dans, Danskant, DCAF, Hiphop International, etc..
Every organization is a prove of dancing being big, and we should all thank these organizations for all the years of organizing for our dancers, coaches, crews, clubs, etc. .
Each organization or federation has its members, education programs, competitions, etc. but neither of these organization or federations are able to reach all dancers.
With Bigbang we would like to try to bring them together as one big family.
Bigbang is an open competition free for everyone, has nothing to do with membership or partnership, and wants to organize a big event where everyone comes together - open minded and respectfully!
A big event is also about thinking big: Bigbang is your prove!
- FREE T-shirt for every competitor as a remembrance and trophy of taking part in Bigbang
- FREE drinks (2-3) for all athletes during the competition
- FREE International workshops for competitors given by International Choreographers
- FREE entrance for audience, friends, family, supporters, etc.
- Champions League trophies to defend at the following event

- money prices for the best junior Solo € 100
- money prices for the best adult Solo € 200
- money prices for the best junior duo € 200
- money prices for the best adult duo € 300
- money prices for the best Solo Krump/Popping/Locking/House/Hiphop € 600 max/discipline
- money prices for the best junior team € 500
- money prices for the best adult Team € 1000
Workshops
Everyone who wants to join the Workshops must fill in a registration form at the registration desk. Without this registration form you cannot join the workshops!
Workshops are free for all competitors!!
Others will pay € 10 for one day (4-5 workshops) or € 15 euro for 2 days
(8-10 workshops)
Subscriptions
Every Solo, Duo or Team must fill in a registration form at the registration desk. Without this registration form you cannot join the competition!
Free BigBang Remembrance:
All competitors will get a free remembrance or T-shirt of the Bigbang event.
It will work as follows: When you filled in your registration form, you will get your "Remembrance" @ the registration desk. No registration means no Remembrance!!
These gifts are special made for Bigbang's "BIG-MAMA", and is meant as a remembrance and trophy for everyone being part of this edition of Bigbang.
Free Drinks: (water and / or sport drink)
This is only for dancers joining the competition. Every competitor will get a few coupons with "Free Drink" during the registrations. With these coupons you can pick up your free drink @ our bar.
Backstage:
The Backstage area is for dancers and coaches only!
Every dancer must be backstage on time before his or her competition begins, this as a guaranty of a smooth organization.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed at the venue.
Bigbang Streetdancers Unite is an event for dancers, doing physical exercises (workshops, competitions, etc..), therefore smoking at the venue is forbidden, as this shows no respect for the dancers sporting. Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE.
Find your way:
At the venue you will find directions hanging on the walls (toilets, tickets, registration, warm-up, garbage, exit, entrance, no entrance, dressing room, music check, backstage, sandwiches, etc.). This to make finding your way around Het Entrepot easy!
You will also find coloured lines on the floor guiding you!
Green lines = backstage
Blue lines = Toilets
Red lines = dressing room + warm up
As you can see, this is a well organized event, not taking part should be
a waste of your time.
